1. All Sales Are Final (Hair/Wig Policy)


Due to the nature of hair products (hygiene & sanitary guidelines), all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Human hair wigs

Bundles

Lace products (closures/frontals)

Clip-ins or ponytails

Custom units

Sale or discounted items


Once purchased, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.



2. Eligibility for Return (Non-Hair Products only)


We only accept returns on eligible non-hair items (e.g., accessories, merch) if:

Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Returned within 7 days of delivery

3. Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production and processing begins, and order cannot be canceled.


Custom wig orders cannot be canceled at any time.



4. Defective or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Email photos + order number


We will review your claim and may offer:

✔️ Store credit

✔️ Partial refund (in rare cases)


We do not accept claims submitted after 48 hours.



5. Color, Texture & Density Disclaimer


Hair products may vary in:

Curl pattern

Density

Color tone

Lace shade


These differences are not considered defects.



6. Return Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.



7. Final Sale Items


The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Clearance / discounts / promotions

Custom or personalized items

Worn or installed wigs/extensions

Products that have been washed, dyed, brushed, cut, styled, or altered



8. Lost or Stolen Packages


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-delayed packages.

Once an order shows “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.



9. Customer Responsibility


Before installing or customizing units:

✔️ Inspect your hair

✔️ Confirm length, texture, lace, and quality


We cannot accept returns on hair once it has been installed, colored, cut, or modified.
