Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing.

Custom or made-to-order units may require 5–10 business days, depending on order volume.


Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day.



Shipping Time


Once shipped, orders typically arrive in:

U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–15 business days

(Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.)



Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Shipping Address


Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for returned or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If you need to correct your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.



Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


We are not responsible for:

Packages marked “Delivered”

Courier delays or failures

Lost or stolen packages


Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.



Customs & Duties (International Orders)


International customers may incur customs or import fees.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders


Orders containing pre-order items will ship once ALL items are ready.
